Just a short walk to gondola and you can easily ski around Sellaronda. The room was very clean and nice smelling. We could get a good rest after a long day in the mountains. Very welcoming host, we felt taken care of. Delicious breakfast based on local products along with interesting conversations in the morning make the stay memorable. Highly recommended!

very nice location, small but large enough for one person. perfect "no reception" solution for late arrival traveller. dinner and breakfast was perfect at hotel next to Casa di Franz. safe parking slot for motorbike.

The owner was so pleasant and welcoming. The whole building is beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean and so well organised. Breakfast is amazing especially the home baked bread. The location of the property was really excellent. It is situated in a beautiful valley just beneath the steepest parts of the mountain which provides for stunning views. Furthermore, it is just a few hundred meters from the Alpe Cermis ski area. You can literally park your car next to the ski piste, put your skis on and ski to the ticket office to buy your ski pass. The property is beautifully furnished with lots of charming hand-made details. The breakfast was really delicious. Finally, the owners were more than helpful and went out of their way to provide us with helpful information about the locations for skiing and the area in general.
