The house is small but very cute with all amenities available. Only one shower for men and one for women but since there are not many rooms, it wasn’t a problem. Several toilets. Cute little terrace in our room as well. The host was very nice and accommodating. Free parking.

I think it was the best balance between comfort location and price. My friends and I got a triple room and honestly it was perfect. It is 10 min walking from Matsumoto main street and train station. We also loved it a lot because during the week no one else was there so we had the whole place for ourselves! Would definitely recommend

We arrived late, but the hosts were really welcoming. We spent a fun evening hanging out with our hosts and other guests, and later we enjoyed a very hot onsen on the premises. It was a great night after spending a day hiking in Kamikochi. The location is perfect to visit Kamikochi, famous local onsens (Hirayu and Shirahone), and as a stopover on a trip from Takayama to Matsumoto.

Excellent room, even more spacious and beautiful than in the pictures. Very well equipped, and there's a huge supermarket next door which is very convenient. There were even games and coloring books which the kids appreciated. We had a great stay!

My wife and I spent 2 nights here as we explored the surrounding mountains - we hiked up to Enzanso hut and Mt. Tsubakuro. The owner was extremely helpful with our planning as she helped us with the rental equipment that we needed for the climb (we could have it delivered to the guest house a few days in advance). She also informed us of the current weather/snow conditions on the mountain...thank you so much again for this, we really appreciated it!! Otherwise the guest house is very nice, clean and brand new. We saw there is a yoga studio in the same facility - but I suppose that is aimed more for local/Japanese visitors - it looked really nice though.
