Huge room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. They have a few parking spaces. Very nice and helpful staff. Quiet and nice area. Very good value for money.

Staffs are so friendly and English is very well very helpful. They helped us to order some takeout at almost 9pm then we didnt need to go out at rainy day. The tatami room was so clean like bran-new. At lobby can watch Netflix and have free drinks, also there's kitchen for use. Anyway, I differently recommend this place.

Everything! Is really close to the station, rooms are big and spacious with a traditional style. The common area at the first floor is big and has a relaxing atmosphere. And there’s an onsen everybody can use, even people with tattoo and this is the main reason I picked this place for my stay in Beppu. Is the right place to relax and explore Oita prefecture.

Such a kind host! He remembered our names and was always happy to talk to us. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located in the city op Beppu. Lots of restaurants nearby.

It's much better than the rating suggests. The room is cheap, fairly large, and very comfortable, and it's very well located in the city. The only bathroom is a bit rundown, but you get tickets to go to the onsen next door every day. There's a rooftop and a kitchen. I recommend it.

My wife, I, and our baby son stayed there for 3 nights. We had a very good time there with our host being superb, very friendly, and very helpful. She even gave us a ride to the train station and helped us in solving an issue at the train station. The breakfast was very good, we had two very comfortable big beds and enough space in our room and in the living room to let our kid crawl. We only can recommend to stay there.
