The place was pretty close from JR Narita station, they didn't have a kitchen and dishes/cutleries but there were many options you can eat out around there. The facility was super clean and bed was comfortable enough. They have a hair dryer and luggage storage on the ground floor was great for me. I didn't see any staff during my stay even I checked in 7 p.m.

The host was very, very nice. He offers a shuttle and a simple breakfast. But you can also reach the house with a bus. He really likes to get to know his guests and even invited us on a trip to a surrounding Prefecture, showing us typical japanese style food and an Onzen. I greatly enjoyed my stay in this friendly house, with garden in a quite area of Chiba.
