Staff: Amazing welcoming staff specially Gérard, he helped us and treated us like VIP. Food: Good decent breakfast. Location: so near from Gregory Lake and restaurants and Victoria Lake. Facilities: Has a view, room is cozy, big space and comfortable for families. Overall, I would recommend Suriya for all and will come back again. Note: They were so generous with our baby and patient.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Host is providing pick up service from Nanu Oya railway station with reasonable price. Breakfast was beyond my expectation and really satisfied. Had dinner here and also very delicious. Host offered tuk tuk tour to water falls and tea plantation. House is more than 110 year old building and location is 15 minutes walk to downtown and by tuk tuk about 400 rupee. Also host pick me up from downtown. Host and his wife are very kind person and really helpful. I strongly recommend this accommodation. Thanks Mr. Sanjeewa for the hospitality.

The host Rajith is very friendly and very helpful with everything (tips, excursion, train ticket, etc). Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is near to the city (5 min with tuk tuk) and quiet. We would come back.

We booked very short notice as we changed plans and upon our arrival everything was already arranged. We got tea and cakes for welcome and we even got the better room because they had a last minute cancellation and so it was free anyway. So we got a very nice view upon Nuwara Eliad as the hotel is located on a little hill. The whole place looks quiete new and pretty and they have a wonderful garden. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom big and clean. The breakfast was also very good and we could choose from different options. We unfortunately just stayed one night but we would definitiv come again. We could pay by card.

Excellent stay in Nuwara Eliya. Ajith and his family will cater to all your needs. Rooms were posh and upmarket. A hot water facility is available. Extra blankets were provided. Purified drinking water is available. WiFi is functional. Good parking space. The food was tasty and homemade. The included breakfast was served very well.

What an amazing place is this. The moment we arrived we said to eachother that we want to stay longer. You have an amazing view on the tea plantation, and a valley. Also at 6 am and pm a big group of birds fly from the Gregory lake to a place behind the homestay, amazing to watch. When this has not make you curious, then the kind family will do. They helped us with everything and even let us taste different fruits from their own garden. We stayed for dinner and everyday was a different varieties of dishes and flavours. Long story short: Highly recommended! Thank you so much Manoj and family!

Lovely quiet stay, really nice hosts. Offered us a welcome drink but we were in a rush to get out due to time constraints so we didn’t get to have it. Our room was huge with hot water and good shower pressure. A thick blanket was provided for the colder nights but the rooms weren’t too cold anyway. Wish we would’ve stayed longer. Parking for tuk tuks.
