The property was excellent as well as the service, the personnel was kind, very helpful and available, food at the restaurant was super good, we stayed at the chalet during winter and it was very well heated. What a lovely place! Fatima and her family gave us the warmest, friendliest welcome. She anticipated our every wish. She cooked us and excellent dinner and breakfast. She really was the perfect host. The little hotel is beautifully located in the mountain landscape, the room was large, modern and very comfortable. We loved everything about our stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in any case or anything we were asking for. I Highly recommend this for a family trip. Very quiet place with a good overview of a large open green plains in summer and white in autum and winter seasons.

The view from the balcony is simply amazing, a beautiful vista down the valley, into town and across the mountains. Dinner and breakfast were also incredible. Some of the best accommodation cooked food that we've ever had. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
