The owner is so lovely and was very welcoming. There is great care taken with the property and it was very clean. I wish we had more time to spend there.

The location was amazing. Having a semi private courtyard (shared with some other rooms) and access to a pool so close to the bustling Malecon and Zona Romantica neighbourhoods was a treat. The rooms are well equipped with soundproofing materials and totally blocked the sounds from the Malecon strip. I am a light sleeper but slept restfully each night. The owner made himself available to answer any questions we had and was super friendly. The owner turned his grandparents old villa into this accommodation and you can see the passion he has for his work and his family. If we find ourselves back in Puerto Vallarta - we will be staying here again 100%

We stayed 14 nights at habitaciones samy. Julia was fantastic, very nice and always disponible. The room was very well equipped, clean, cozy, close to the beach, and quiet. A place to stay for sure in San pancho! Muchissimas gracias Julia!

Super cute and comfortable place with everything needed for a short term stay right by the best restaurants, beach and night clubs. The most heavenly soft beds! Fully equipped in unit kitchen area made food preparation very easy. Very professional and prompt communication from the staff.

Well designed rooms in the quieter part of town across the river, a short walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops. I liked it here and would happily stay again. The bathroom was great and the shower powerful.

Sara was exceptionally kind and welcoming upon arrival. We had a very good stay. We booked the hotel because he was in close proximity to the airport. I suggest going to the following place for breakfast and ordering a coffee with milk (it’s right according the hotel). It’s kind of their specialty: Veracruz Flavor Puerto Vallarta.
