This B&B has the perfect location in the city centre. The room is spacious and beautiful with a great view and beautiful stained windows. The owners are very friendly and helpful and make you feel like you're visiting friends. The breakfast is fabulous and very varied. The kichenette is very well equipped. In the nearest area there are many great places to eat and drink. I can't wait to come back there!

Amazing bnb in the center of Haarlem! It's only a 8-10min walk to the train station and just behind a bus stop. This is one of the most value for money accommodations in the whole of Netherlands in my opinion. If you want to avoid the crowds and chaos in Amsterdam city, stay in Haarlem for a more peaceful and cozy experience. In addition, it's only a 20min train ride to Amsterdam city. Plus, there are so many shops in Haarlem you might not even need to spend too much time in Amsterdam. I loved the room, though it is a little smaller - I feel like the size is very comparable to all the other bnbs out there. There is no toilet door though but I personally feel like it wasn't an issue. The pillows were the right mix of firm and softness but the bed had a slight dent/slant (?) which made us feel like we were falling into the middle a little. Not the biggest issue though! Comfort was still a solid 9.5/10. Biggest plus point is that this unit had an AC unit! Super helpful during the warmer days and colder days. When we stayed here, the bnb was going through an ownership change but the new owners were super helpful (even though they were super busy with the renovation as well) in assisting us during check in, and helping us out if we need. Shoutout to Sabine especially! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tree House Inn. Robert and Walter were wonderful hosts! We had flown into Amsterdam with bicycles to depart on a cycle trip. They provided space to assemble our bikes and Robert even printed off a lovely cycle route for us. The studio has everything we needed, it was quiet, very comfortable and spacious, had a fully equipped kitchen and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. It is 2 min walk from the metro and then about 12-15 minutes into the centre of Amsterdam.

Very cosy and quiet appartment, well equipped with everything one may need. Beautiful view on the Keizergracht. The place is perfect to visit Amsterdam. Museums, the old town and many other tourist places are in walking distance. Several restaurants and a supermarket are a few steps only away.
