Sleeping and using the spa&sona were great ways to relax. We were preoccupied that the sound of the spa was too loud as we used it during the night, but the host said she couldn't hear since the room is well insonorinated. The host was especially kind, asked if we had every we needed for the stay, then when we checked out. The neighborhood is charming. As relaxing as the room. There are beautiful parks and a grocery store at around 10 minutes by foot. We strongly recommend this place if you want to recharge your energy.

Very hospitable, with coffee, tea and fruit in the room. The photos are very true to the accommodation and to the view. It's a very nice, safe feeling area, within 30 minutes relaxed walk to the centre of Utrecht, with nice cafés and restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. It's on loads of bus routes if you don't feel like walking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The highlight of our trip! Beautiful house in a beautiful dutch style village, beautiful furniture, we just felt in love! Very close to Amsterdam and many other interesting places. Owner very kind, living in the property but we have our privacy at any time. We were all day exploring around and was very nice to come back at "home", clean, warm and comfortable. Room is very big, little room inside the room for our child, bed extremely comfortable. Amazing garden and surrounding,our little dog enjoyed so much! Keep on mind the bathroom is not in the room, for us wasn't a problem at all. We will definitely love to be back! Thank you John and Anton for such a wonderful stay! Grazie mille!
