We had a great stay in Matakana. The studio is light. airy and very well equipped, with one of the most comfortable beds that we have ever slept on. Lynette was a great host and we look forward to having the chance to stay with her again in the future.

Beautiful location—peaceful. The accommodation was more luxurious than we expected. Cozy and spacious. Kim was very gracious and accommodating. Attentive but respectful of our privacy. Close to Sawmill Brewery where we had the yummy chicken and fries (and great beer).

    Very centrally located. Our host even offered to drop us to the wedding venue, which was over and above expectations. It felt like we had walked into the pages of an Architectural Digest / Interior Decorating magazine. The indoor plants, and the room decor gave the place a beautiful vibe. Greatly appreciated the cleanliness and the refurbished room.
