Beautiful terrace with a amazing view, where you can sit all day. Tea and coffee available. Great rooms in local style. Great host who welcomed us and showed us the way to the viewpoint and advised other places. Excellent buffet for dinner and great breakfast. Wide choice and very tasty. Everything was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We recommend to everyone ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Ahmed’s guest house. Ahmed is an exceptional host — welcoming, generous, and passionate about sharing the beauty of his village and his country. Despite it being the low season, he greeted us warmly and made us feel truly at home. He took the time to share fascinating stories about the history of the area, his traditional Omani house (over 200 years old!), and his beautiful farm and fruit fields. The place is located in an amazing old historical village. Staff was really great and available all the time for us. They helped us bringing heavy luggages from the parking until the upper floor of the building. Food delicious and the hospitality with dates and coffee was hilarious. Fully recommended.

The mountain view from both the bedroom & terrace is amazing, especially at sunset. We were warmly welcomed by Matasam. It is so peaceful here . We enjoyed a very tasty home cooked breakfast & evening meal on the terrace. The apartment is immaculate. It felt brand new. From here, we enjoyed visiting the old town of Misfat al Abryeen via Walk 9. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you.

Very nice. Shaifa and Abdallah are giving their best to make it comfortable for the guests. Very polite and always there. The food is very good and really affordable and fair prices. I had the omani chicken with fried rice which was prepared so hood by Abdallah. I strongly recommend to go there. Thanks!
