Highly recommended! Very friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful and clean place with nice swimming pool. Cat and gecko in the garden were great too. The possibility of getting an invoice was also important to us.

The place was exceeded my expectations. Isaac was extremely hospitable and kind. The place is comfortable, clean, beautiful, well organised and everything into apartment were new. I definately will be back. The great time to relax, have a good sleep and surf. It is 15-20 minutes by feet to the famous beach for surfing with perfect waves and restaurants with unbelivable tasty food. The bakery just around the corner. And if you decide to visit Peniche it is a nice walk just along the beach (around 45-55 minutes), I loved it. Thank you veru much, Isaac! It was a wonderful time, i definately come back!

The property was immaculate, both inside and outside. Modern, spacious and airy, with a wonderful pool/bar area and jacuzzi and a welcoming indoor bar, full of books and games. The staff could not have been more friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We had the best chicken dinner and the breakfast was excellent! Lynne, Grace and their team run a fabulous guest house, an absolute joy. Thank you so much, we will definitely return!

The Residencia is in the centre of the quaint village of Peniche, with a lot of cheap parking space nearby. The room was very big and spotless, fully equipped and quiet. Breakfast was just amazing: a wide selection of Portuguese pastry but also ham, cheese and scrambled eggs. Very very very good value for money. Highly recommended!

The room was very nice and and clean. Very comfortable bed. Great pool. The garden is beautiful and super well taken care of. The possibility of using the shared kitchen, even just for keeping fruit in the fridge, was great. Super quiet place, where you can hear nature's sounds. The owner is always available and is nice and very affable and helpful.
