I recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation during my visit to Maramureș and it was a nice experience. The house is so beautiful and well equipped. The owner is very friendly and takes good care of me who is traveling alone. she not only picks me up to take the steam train, but also takes me to the train station in case I get caught in the rain! She is also afraid that I will be hungry, so she treats me to dinner before taking the night train. I have traveled to more than 48 countries and stayed in more than 200 hotels. I have never had such a good host who takes care of you as a friend instead of a customer! So touched! Very sad to leave! Miss her so much on the train! I will definitely come here again and visit her!

We absolutely loved everything. Casa din Deal is an amazing location to relax and enjoy the spirit of historical Maramureș with the comfort of a very cozy, clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated home. The bed was very comfortable and the silent surroundings with birds chirping and cows mooing in the distance helped us to sleep very well and have beautiful dreams. It was fantastic to wake up every morning with the stunning views of the valley. And the position was great to be able explore the surroundings by car. Our host Maria was very attentive and helpful all the times, providing us with the best assistance and advices. She is a true gem! We highly recommend this corner of paradise to all those who seek peace, comfort and connection with nature and love the luxury of simplicity and kindness.
