The room and the whole guest house is super clean ( even shared areas such as bathrooms/showers). Staff is very friendly, they helped me with ordering taxi, carrying my backpack and they let me leave my bags in the storage room after the check out. At the guesthouse you can buy tasty breakfast for a reasonable price. Next time I’m in Bangkok,I will choose this place once again:)

Phranakorn-Nornlen was my last accommodation in Thailand before goin back home after traveling for 3 months in SE Asia. and it’s def in my top 3 of best hotels/hostels where i have stayed. the decoration is the coziest thing I’ve seen! each room has an unique cute deco. The bed is super comfy and at night (and during the day) the rooms area is super quiet. The rooms have both fans and a/c which I really prefer. The team is amazing! Very helpful and lovely to talk to you. in the common area, there is a coffee where you can buy brekkie and lunch. I am definitely coming back here next time I’m in Thailand :)

I recently stayed at a charming homestay-style hotel in the heart of Bangkok, and I can't recommend it enough! It's the best of both worlds! What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the manager. She is an absolute gem—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From providing us with local tips to organizing transportation, she made sure every aspect of our stay was seamless and stress-free. It felt like having a personal concierge who genuinely cared about making my visit unforgettable. The breakfasts were a highlight too! A delicious and varied spread every morning, full of fresh options that gave me the perfect start to each day. I could tell the quality and attention to detail were top-notch. The host is extremely nice and polite. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and to have a nice stay. I arrived late in the night and they were waiting for me. There was water available when i arrived which made difference when you arrive from a long flight. Supermarket 7 eleven is 3 mins walking so, it does help as well. I had to leave my luggage when i checked out because i would come back in 4 days and she kept my luggage. I do recommend the place for people that does not look for hotel 5 stars, the place is simple but it is like being at home.

The balcony was the highlight for me it had such a beautiful view day and night . The room was clean and spacious with a small kitchen and a fridge, too. The location was awesome, 5 min walk from the BTS, and the neighborhood was calm, especially at night. The manager was very helpful and they were nice and disposed of my old suitcase for me and saved me a lot of hassles There is also a washing machine and a hanger if one wants to wash clothes.
