Room is clean and new. Shower’s pressure is good. Host was so kind and cute. They gave ginger tea, orange even fries and traditional dishes for me getting a food poisoning. It was literally feeling like a home. They also helped me plan a tour in Ninh Binh and the next destination in Sapa. The bicycle is free to use and just 40,000don for laundry service ( she even folded for me! ) I enjoyed so much to stay here;) I hope more Japanese come to this home stay !!

We were both really sick from food poisoning and the lady running the place took care of us for all our staying time. She came to check on us and brought us special food to the room. We could not ask for a better place to stay in and for a better person to take care of us. She was like our angel. Also the location is really good, really close to the main area but also in a bit quieter place and near the lake, very peaceful.

A very nice homestay at the entrance to Tam Coc. Room is new, bright white, very very spacious, very clean and includes a/c cooling/ heating system and other facilities. I loved that it was out of the tourist area thus price was much better, and that i could rent a motorbike at a fair price. An, the woman who is in charge, is the nicest woman ever. She was very cordial and caring like a mother, and took care of every special need i had. The whole family is very very nice. I highly recommend this homestay
