The property is stunning we did go in winter season and could only imagine how much more you could get from here in the height of summer

The apartments are located very central in the northern part of Nicosia, above the restaurant Sabor and thus very central of Ledra street and close to the Bazar. Our room was exceptional clean and well equipped. The room had very thoughtful interior and was very nicely and welcoming decorated. The room was even more impressive in real, than on the pictures. Gul, was making us feel like home with her unbiased hospitality, positive energy and presence as contact person. The room had functioning aircon and hot water all time. There’s a community fridge to use for all, tea and coffe in the room. Bottled water given free of charge as welcome gift. PS: we parked our car close by (ca 100m) on an municipality parking place and paid only 0,70€/20TLR for 24h! If you want to cross the border by foot, and have entered northern Cyprus by car, you can’t cross the border (whiteout the car again). Experienced as foreigner (EU), rental car. It takes ~30min to park your car in the south, though it’s only 600m away.

The kindest host we have met in Cyprus. The breakfast in the sunny roof was AMAZING, all local produce, prepared by her. Easy access to the place, proper real neighbourhood, quiet, extremely comfortable bed, free fruit, every single detail was taken care of. We loved the fact that it was a renovated house and the host left us at our own leisure, we could stay for as long as we want on our leaving day. We couldn't have asked for more. Very good value for money.

Everything was just perfect! A mixture of old and new in a beautiful traditional house. Tastefully decorated and renewed with respect to old structure and spots. All the women managing this charming guesthouse that we met were very nice, kind and helpful! The breakfast they served was excellent and nicely presented. We highly recommend this magic place!
