We didnt have the chance to stay here, sadly we were trapped in Cape Agulhas with a huge storm, and when we got out this hotel was isolated from both sides. The didnt put any problem refunding us as soon as the could. We will definetely come back to stay.

The location is perfect, its a very classic, wonderful resort sandwiched between Hills and the Atlantic Ocean. Everything is unique and custom-made. The property owner also got out of their way to organise a shuttle for us from the Airport with their trusted transportation partner to our accommodation venue.

-Vermont is a quiet suburb of touristy Hermanus and Oude Schuur guesthouse is the best place to stay if a romantic/quiet/peaceful stay is what you seek. Also, its location is close to Salt Pan, and the quiet and green residential area is the best if you are a bird watcher or in general enjoy nature. It's a 10-minute drive away from Hermanus. -The 'Suite with Mountain View' room is a fantastic choice for a luxurious stay with Karen being the most amazing host. She and the staff do their best to make you feel at home. -The exterior was the best part with a grand balcony running along the room overlooking the pool and garden. The interiors in the room are very tastefully designed and maintained well. Extreme comfort is taken care off. -Breakfast is perfect with lots of customizable choices. -Wifi was good and other amenities and facilities were well maintained. It has ample parking space. -Karen's suggestions while exploring Hermanus were indeed very helpful.
