We were greeted, given recommendations for attractions, and also provided parking for the night (though this is not a guarantee from what we were told and based on availability). The rooms were immaculate and breakfast delicious. The location is within close proximity to Kapana and Old Town, both very worthwhile to explore, and to then easily walk back to the hotel. Before arrival, the receptionist (Jeff) was very responsive and friendly. Upon arrival he gave me a free upgrade on the room. Room was very clean and spacious. Building is cozy and charming. It is conveniently located near restaurants, old town and attractions. Wifi was high speed. When I wanted to leave the cleaning ladies (Zoya and Tonka) called a taxi for me. Taxi didn't take card, and I had no cash. They even gave me cash to pay for my taxi! Without charging my credit card!! If I visit Plovdiv again, I will stay here for sure.
