We went to the restaurant next door to check in and collected our key. The manager was very polite and helpful. Although the restaurant was full he found a table for us for dinner. It was very good. We enjoyed the room also. It was helpful to have read earlier reviews that there was no lift. It was no problem for us.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Gaestehaus Zum Wolfenturm. The rooms are clean, spacious, updated and very comfortable. The view of the vineyards is beautiful, and breakfast is a true highlight! The full German breakfast spread with all fresh ingredients. The hosts are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome!

We LOVED the kitchenette in the room; even staying only a couple of nights, it is always nice to have a refrigerator, a sink to wash things, and more. The entire facility was brand new, clean, quiet, and well-equipped for all needs. It’s the only hotel we’ve stayed in a while that had TWO chairs for us to sit in under a desk, and tons of plugs in the room, not to mention it was well-lit. As I told the front desk manager, “I would clone this hotel and take it everywhere I travel if I could!”
