This place is a very nice hotel in one of the nicer outer areas which feels way more local. I really enjoyed this place as it was a 2 minute walk to the metro which brings you into the centre within 10 minutes. It was reasonably priced and the room was well set up. The bathroom was large, the room itself quite small but we could still fit 2 bags and 1 suitcase down. Beds are extremely comfortable and the heat was not an issue at all. Would stay again

The room was beautiful, super comfy large bed, great bathroom with amenities over and above what you would expect, for example his and hers cologne in the bathroom! Quiet location too. Delicious breakfast - Iberico ham, cheeses, bread, jams, muffins, juice, tea/coffee. Very friendly and helpful owner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Featuring free WiFi, Colors Flat & Rooms is in the heart of the Old Town of Valencia, in Barrio del Carmen neighbourhood. Buses to Las Arenas Beach are 5 minutes’ walk away. The accommodation was in a great location, everything was very close. The owner was very kind and helpful, he gave me a map of all the main places to visit in Valencia and also offered a possibility to rent a bicycle a day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little bit small but it was enough for my stay there (2 nights).

We were delighted with the service and with the room standard. It was better than we expected. Breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the home made orange marmalade. But the most important are people. One can feel good energy in this place.
