We arrived early in the morning and asked Vincent if we could leave our bags and then come back at check-in and he was more than accommodating. We were able to go into our rooms right away, and he gave us a tour of the facility and basically his home with our home. Great location mid hill in st Jean. Lovely host. Room was great . She came and brought breakfast in the morning and set a delightful table up in our room . Perfect.

At the guest house, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The property was handy for the motorway north. We had a well equipped bedroom and ensuite. A lovely breakfast with homemade jams and pastries. After eating breakfast we wished we had booked for dinner. Maybe next time?

Featuring a garden and views of river, Le Moulin de Pascale is a guest house situated in a historic building in Espelette, 24 km from Biarritz La Négresse Train Station. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a shared kitchen and a housekeeping service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy a water park, a vending machine with drinks and a shared lounge. Location was excellent. Loved Pascale. She was welcoming and made us feel at home. Leo cooked a dinner for us that was great.

For visitors looking to embark on day trips to nearby landmarks, the guest house features a selection of packed lunches. Our hostess could not have been kinder or more welcoming and our breakfast next morning was simply superb. We enjoyed our comfortable and pretty room upstairs on the very top floor which had a nice bathroom for our exclusive use next door.  We had the whole floor to ourselves, so nothing disturbed us or our dog who was warmly welcomed also. We found the Euskadi to be excellent value for money, especially in a busy holiday area, and being able to park there securely was much appreciated too. Two beautiful beaches are just a short stroll away from the house (but note that dogs are not permitted on the beaches from May to the end of September) and there are some lovely short walks overlooking the sea nearby.  We found an great little restaurant just minutes from the B&B and our dog was warmly welcomed there too.  All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Bidart and at the Euskadi.
