L'Eden is located in Thiais, just 12 km from central Paris, 2 km from Rungis International Market and 5 km from Orly Airport. The owner is a very friendly woman who was available online all the time. I arrived a bit later than the check-in time, but still had no problems with it. Room is spacious and clean, has all the facilities and even more. Kitchen is equipped even if you want to cook. Very cozy place 🥰 Location is good for travelers, just 10 mins by taxi to Orly (by taxi it's about 12-15 eur)

This apartment is truly the best of the best – I loved every moment of my stay! I had a fantastic experience at this charming guest house. The landlady was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. She was easy to reach, and communication was consistently smooth and pleasant. This isn’t just a room – it’s a fully independent, historical guest house with large glass windows. Inside, everything was immaculately clean and thoughtfully prepared, equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing and comfortable visit. As for the history of the guest house—well, that's a delightful surprise waiting for you upon arrival! A beautiful, spacious garden lies just outside the guest house—perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee on sunny mornings or afternoons. And be prepared for the most unexpected yet adorable company: friendly cats and chickens who behave more like affectionate dogs! Amazingly, the garden remains clean, even with these little companions around. Security is top-notch with 24/7 CCTV coverage, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The neighbourhood is peaceful and upscale, with clean streets and genuinely kind, welcoming locals. We arrived in March and were lucky enough to witness cherry blossoms blooming right outside the property—a magical sight. While this property is tucked just outside of Paris, getting to the city centre is effortless. The nearby train (RER A) gets you into the heart of Paris in just 20–30 minutes. A Hidden Gem was the beautiful river nearby – ideal for peaceful walks or refreshing morning jogs. It added a magical touch to my stay. This place truly felt like a home away from home. I would return without hesitation. It's full of character and incredible value for money. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the apartment was truly cozy and felt like home. Everything in the apartment is arranged with care and convenience for the guests. It was especially nice that, despite our rather late arrival (around 10 p.m.) and the contactless check-in option, our host Auroré personally greeted us, showed us everything, and explained all the details. During our entire stay, she and her husband were always ready to help us with any questions. The location is very beautiful — close to the river and in a quiet area. The RER A station is only a 5–6-minute walk from the house, and it takes about 17–20 minutes to get to Paris. Shops and bakeries are also within walking distance, and every morning we enjoyed the freshest croissants there. Highly recommended!

Very nice and cozy apartment. 5 m walk from metro, big Auchan around the street, a lot of small shops nearby. Good place to stay during your work / student / love trip. We enjoyed this accommodation a lot. Just outside the city centre, around 600 meter from metro, private parking place for car with possibility to charge. Hosts were very friendly and the whole facility feels like cozy family house with downstairs a large open area to relax or take cup of coffee. There is also a large garden in the back, now in winter to cold but must be very nice in summertime to relax. We were very satisfied and would like to recommandatie this location to others. Photos on website are accurate.
