The hotel is beautifully designed, cozy, and full of charm. The location is perfect – just a minute from the lake and surrounded by the sweetest little shops in magical Keswick. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was simply fantastic – a high-quality menu with delicious options made to order, plus drinks and homemade granola. Truly one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel! Our room was gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated, and every day we were treated to fresh homemade cookies waiting for us – such a lovely touch. There’s also private parking which is very convenient. We honestly enjoyed every single moment and didn’t want to leave. We travel a lot, and this is by far our favorite hotel. We will definitely be back!

Rooms at Meadowcroft are traditionally furnished, and benefit from a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There is storage space in bedside chests of drawers and a wardrobe in every room. This guest house is a gem, we loved the friendliness of the staff and our room was lovely - spacious, nicely decorated, and the two windows let in plenty of light with gorgeous views over the old church and farm land. The location was handy to several attractions within an easy driving distamce, and only a short walk to the local pub where we enjoyed a nice meal. The breakfast was outstanding!

Ambleside Townhouse offers free car parking and a lock-up area for motorcycles and bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Excellent location. Was able to purchase early parking and check in. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel was clean, bright, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, fruit juices, fruit, yogurt, granola and cereals and a great selection of cooked breakfast choices.

The Westbourne is a beautiful guest house set in the peaceful area below Biskey Howe in the Lake District. Bedrooms feature walk-in-shower rooms, luxurious toiletries and large fluffy towels.

The Westbourne serves traditional English breakfast. Guests can also relax in the conservatory or comfortable lounge with real log fire. Excellent location! Very close to the lake a shops. Lovely and clean room. The hosts were extremely kind, warm and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon! Will definitely recommend this to others!

Original Victorian period features adorn the property, which also offers a cosy lounge. Pleasant, clean, esthetically pleasing, cosy. Excellent shower and comfy mattress (two rarities in UK). My compliments! Also: gluten free breakfast menu :-)

It was a wonderfully warm and comfortable room and bed, with a welcoming bath. Breakfast was in the room - great selection of hot food, toast, juices, tea and French press coffee.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating. They ensured we had everything we needed and were helpful answering questions about local restaurants and nearby locations to visit.
