The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and comfortable. The Deluxe King room and bathroom were very nice and spacious and was available as I arrived early which was really nice. And the included Scottish breakfast at the nearby restaurant was good.

The house is beautiful (and ok to use), especially the living room which has an amazing view of the lake. The owner (Marcin?) was so helpful and all of his suggestions were great. Breakfast, cooked by Marcin, is incredible and healthy! It was quiet, comfy and had everything you would want or need!

Wonderful reception from Barbara, Room lovely and warm, clean with excellent facilities. Book the Oak Tree Inn for a wonderful dining experience, its a brisk 5min walk from Birchwood.

Free private parking is available on site. Liz and Billy are the best B&B hosts I've had in all my travels, and that's saying something! They were incredibly warm, friendly, caring, and attentive. You can tell they truly care that you have a fantastic and relaxing stay. The restaurant view of the loch is priceless! The pizzas are incredible - we literally tried every available option while staying with them, so can say that with confidence. The breakfast is a hefty amount of homecooked food, which was a delicious way to start the day. Feeling so rejuvenated after a long weekend there. Will absolutely aim to return!

Situated in a scenic wooded garden, Thistle House Guest House overlooks Loch Fyne to Inveraray and its famous castle. Free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking are provided in this spacious Victorian country house. The host was so friendly. The house is lovely where we had a luxury room with beautifully wallpaper. The breakfast was delicious. We could only recommend to stay here.

The room was very cozy, spacious, warm, clean and the most comfortable bed! Breakfast was excellent. Much better experience than any hotels we've visited so far. Highly recommended.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The guest house features family rooms. Excellent location and wonderful facilities/host. We loved the stay here.
