Me and my parents were there for a week, the room had everything that we could ever need, everyday the room was cleaned and the towels were changed, the host was very attentive and pleasant. We had the Deluxe Quadruple Room, this type of room has one double bad in the loft upstairs and a pull-out couch downstairs in the open space kitchen/dinning/living area, two balconies, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house is new and very well maintained. The location was one of the main reasons in choosing this place, a 4 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to the restaurants and shopping area.

We truly appreciated the quietness and privacy we experienced at the property. The room was clean (with daily cleaning services), spacious, and featured a huge terrace with a stunning view of the sea and sunsets. We loved the proximity to the private beach with its crystal-clear water. The pool was also amazing, but we couldn’t get enough of the sea breeze, swimming, snorkeling, and admiring the sunsets from the sunbeds. The food was delicious—very tasty, varied, and served in generous portions. We really enjoyed having the option to dine at the property’s restaurant. The drinks… oh, the cocktails! So many options—we couldn’t have asked for more. And last but not least (and perhaps the highlight of our stay): the staff! They were simply exceptional—attentive, empathetic, cheerful, and always eager to make guests feel their best. Thank you all, and congratulations on the amazing job you’re doing!

Every unit is fitted with a coffee machine, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box and free WiFi, while certain rooms have a balcony and some have sea views. All units have a private bathroom, bathrobes and bed linen. Lovely bed, great shower, pretty garden.. everything you would want and more. It was so clean and housekeeping is of the highest level. Wonderful service. Bonus: daily visit from a sweet little cat with her new babies 😁

We liked the position of the apartment, it was 1 minute from the beach ⛱️, 5 minutes from the center and right next door to a fabulous fish restaurant. The apartment had almost everything you need!

The guest house features family rooms. Firstly the location of the apartment is superb. In front there are coffee shops ,souvenir shops and a small market. Walking distance to the beach. Roula is polite and available to help. Rooms are cleaned daily. Air con in all three rooms and lots of space for a family of 4. We love Neos Marmaras and we will be back! 💕☀️

The property is allergy-free and is located 600 metres from Sarti Beach. I had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Everything was perfect — I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!
