It has everything you need, a very comfortable hotel room with minifridge and an electric kettle. There is also a communal porch with nice tables and drinks are available. The Plitvice lakes are within walking distance (20min from entrance 2). The owner is really nice and helpful. There is a garage for (motor)cycles.

House Tina is situated in the peaceful village of Grabovac, a 10-minute drive from the UNESCO-listed Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features free WiFi and a large garden with a swimming pool. The location, the staff and the service. The evening BBQ was excellent!

The location was really convenient — just a few minutes from the highway, easy to reach, with private parking. We also really appreciated the coffee and morning snacks. The only thing is that it can be a little loud at night if the windows are open, but for us it was perfect since we only needed a good night’s sleep close to the highway.

What can I say? Tina went above and beyond what I expect from a host. My train was delayed almost 45 minutes, meaning that my scheduled transfer wasn't possible. She waited at the train station for me (it was a daylong rain storm) so that I would make it to her place. Transfer to the airport the next morning was easy and all communication with the hosts was clear and fast. Room was clean, with fast wifi and TV available in several languages. Ideal if you need a place to stay when flying to or out of Zagreb. Will definitely be back.
