We booked two nights here before and after a cruise - perfect place since it’s very near to the port (walkable) and also around only 15 min from the airport (there are shuttles). Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, also fluent in English. They gave us tips on places and restaurants to visit, and helped us with booking a taxi back to the airport since we had an early flight. Breakfast is included during your stay and it’s very fresh, tasty and accompanied by amazing coffee. Definitely recommend the place!

The hotel itself seems to have some sort of partnership with a larger hotel on the other side of the building for it's management and so they give out the key and kind of manage the coming and going of guests which is interesting...no issues at all, all smooth. Hot water, changing sheets and towels everyday cleaning the room, the host is very nice and sent recommendations. Big room and very pleasant!

Good location close to the old town. Mario was incredibly welcoming upon our arrival and so kind! My partner and I were only in Naples for one night, and he gave us his very thorough recommendations on how to get the most out of the city in just a day, as well as giving us a map of the city, which was so helpful! The room was perfect for us, a little bit of noise from the street but that's to be expected in a city. We had no issues whatsoever, but both Mario and Tiziana were there at all times if we needed anything. They ordered a taxi for us when we checked out, and definitely made us feel welcome. Definitely felt like a nicer area vs somewhere closer to the main station.
