The room was spacious, modern and super clean, well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Instructions for check-in were clear and sent in advance. It was easy to find. There were a few parking places and nice outside area with trees and a terrace. The supermarket with wide choice of vegetables and fruits was nearby. The WiFi was working well, it just took us a while to find the password - it was in the bedroom in the wardrobe. The overall experience was above our expectation.

My stay at “The Fisherman’s House” was really good. When I arrived in Fiumicino Airport, I had a difficult time getting a taxi or Uber. But Stefano came to the rescue :) He was a really gentle and good man. While we were getting to the place, he gave me recommendations about the town as well. We were surprised at how quiet and comfortable the room was inspite of being located right downtown. It is a modern room in a old building and extremely well done. It is very close to the cruise port and an excellent place to stay prior to your cruise. Nicola was very helpful with dining recommendations and other advise. He will also take you directly to the cruise port to bypass the shuttle service.

We booked the room before an early flight from the airport. The self-check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The accommodation is located about 10 minutes by car from Rome Fiumicino Airport and 25 minutes on foot from the Fiumicino Piazza Generale Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa bus stop. The host was very responsive and helpful, always answering our questions. The host helped arrange a transfer from the accommodation to the airport. It was quiet inside, with a kitchen where you can make tea or coffee, and even a separate dining area. The bathroom was clean and modern.
