Perfect place to stay for 1-2 day to visit Pisa.It was very easy to check in, host provided very detailed information. We traveled by car, there were many available parking places around and this information was clearly described in instruction. Very close to city centre. Many thanks for tea/coffee/biscuit and wine!

The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. There’s a bus stop right below the house and shops nearby. Everything was impeccable — I highly recommend it!

Rabhi (the owner) welcomed me at the establishment upon check in and was very helpful, including giving food recommendations around the area. Location was very central & close to shops and restaurants. Room was fantastic, super spacious, good facilities & amenities, clean and very comfortable (with a small cute terrace). As a solo female traveler it was all I could ask for! Wished I stayed for more than a night :)

Il nous a conseillé un excellent restaurant. La chambre est magnifique, neuve, avec clim, douche, TV etc Un grand emplacement pour les voitures.

Perfect location to explore Pisa and Florence. It is very close to Pisa train station and also has shopping street nearby and has supermarkets too. Frederico was an amazing host, friendly, helpful and great with communication. Shared kitchen has everything you need and had comfortable stay. Our room was ready on arrival and the map he provided of local spots and attractions was a great guide for the first‑time visitors. Highly recommend F & F Rooms and would happily stay again!

She went above and beyond to coordinate luggage storage with our train to Florence. The decor was very nice and clean. Bathroom was perfect.

Enrico was very service minded and welcoming. The room was amazing with high ceilings and windows to the park. Comfortable bed, television, fridge, coffee, close to restaurants and everything but still calm.
