The owner lady was really really kind and helpful, she gave us all instructions about the apartment when we arrived there. She told us that Renon is a wonderful place and although it wasn't on our plan, we visited there and the view from the cable car was more spectacular than we expected and we enjoyed a wonderful view of Bolzano. Most importantly, though, Jacqueline helped us for days before our arrival when our luggage did not arrive by courier as expected, which you can imagine was very stressful for us. She went above and beyond to try to help us. We cannot thank you enough, Jacqueline, for being our advocate while we were on our way to your place (we were off grid, high in the mountains) and after our arrival.
