Located in Bolzano, the recently renovated ADV HOME - Exclusive Rooms provides accommodation 27 km from Carezza Lake and 28 km from The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The guest house features family rooms. This is my second time in Bolzano, first time in ADV Home. The rooms were clean, everything was brand new, spacious and modern. Water and juice in the fridge and great coffee in the shared kitchenette. Great location and easy parking. Andre was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and was available for questions. Highly recommend, I will definitely use it again.

It is set 32 km from Cathedral of Bressanone and offers a lift. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Extremely spacious , overlooking the beautiful high street , parking available at a cost , clean, we stayed an extra night as we really liked it

From my balcony, I had an amazing view across to Seiser Alm. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider coming back when I plan my next trip to the Dolomites.

With city views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The property is non-smoking and is set 30 km from The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. Overall, the experience was very good. Nice apartment and friendly host. We had a great time staying here.

It is situated 600 metres from Merano Theatre and features a housekeeping service. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. The guesthouse is in a great location, within easy walking distance to everything. Jacqueline, the owner, provided excellent pre-arrival instructions. The room was lovely and supremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Most importantly, though, Jacqueline helped us for days before our arrival when our luggage did not arrive by courier as expected, which you can imagine was very stressful for us. She went above and beyond to try to help us. We cannot thank you enough, Jacqueline, for being our advocate while we were on our way to your place (we were off grid, high in the mountains) and after our arrival.
