Air conditioning and fans are essential for summer. We stayed in a room on the second floor, which had windows on two sides. The second floor also has a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, making it feel like home. After the busy tourist routes in Tokyo and Kyoto, this place offered a great chance to relax. The guesthouse has excellent transportation options, being close to the subway station within walking distance. Just one subway stop away, you can reach Shin-Osaka Station to take the Shinkansen, making it very convenient. Aunt Dong, the host, is very warm and hospitable. She meticulously cleans the rooms, and the bedding is exceptionally clean, with a fresh scent from being dried in the sun. We had many pleasant conversations with Aunt Dong, who, in her sixties, is embracing a new chapter in her life as a guest house host . We wish her good health and many new friends around the world. This is an excellent accommodation choice for an Osaka trip—clean, hygienic, and conveniently located. It’s easy to visit Osaka Castle and nearby cities, making for a pleasant and relaxing travel experience.

Situated in a quiet located that was actually safe during all hours, it was close enough to the aquarium and USJ plus a short distance to some great restaurants and all major convenience stores. The boat service offered to USJ was a great added perk and added to the experience, the boat operator was kind and helpful, and the views you on the boat ride during the day and especially during the night were amazing. The apartment itself was a great mix of traditional with modern and felt really cozy, with all the bathroom and kitchen amenities you could need for your stay. HIGHLY recommended if you are coming to Osaka to see the Kaiyukan or Universal Studios.
