This was such a cool experience. The building is very nice. All the beautiful wood and features. Taking your shoes off at entree, sliding doors, gymnasium, kitchen. Amazing. Even more amazing was the staff. The explained every thing well, gave recommendations for food and travel. I even got lucky and hitched a ride back to Nakatsugawa, with a perfect pitstop at Hillbilly Coffee (highly recommend). I stayed here after walking Nakasendo Trail from Tsumago. Perfect place to stay after. Do not hesitate. Go here. Book!

Ken and Yuki were lovely hosts who made us feel right at home, especially with the delicious dinner and breakfast, which we definitely recommend!
