The room was excellent, with a small terrace on the ground floor. We liked the concept of the bathroom with separate shower and toilet, but the lighting was quite dim. The internet was good, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything is very clean and pleasant. The hosts take great care of the rooms. The hosts are very friendly and sociable people, always happy to help, give advice, and share stories about local life and customs. On the ground floor, the hosts run a small restaurant where you can find delicious food for every taste, including Western options.

The decor is really nice, showcasing local artists and artesans, the rooftop is great, everyone was super helpful when I wanted to book travel & tours, have laundry done etc. There is a real attention to ecology, creating as little waste as possible. The location in the heart of the market and just 2 mins away from the riverside is also very convenient. Thank you again Alex for making my stay in Kratié so memorable!

With river views, this accommodation offers a balcony. There is a restaurant serving Cambodian cuisine, and free private parking is available. We liked everything at this guesthouse. Big, clean, comfortable room. Restaurant downstairs. Low priced scooter rental & free bicycles to use. Quiet location but only a few minutes walk to town centre. Very friendly staff, especially the boss - Sohan. Good value for money!
