The room is simple but adequate with all the necessary amenities of a good hotel. Breakfast was excellent, warm, and friendly. The hosts are beyond excellent! Super friendly and informative even with limited English. For those who stay here, don't forget to help the sweet landlady wash the dishes after eating breakfast!

Its super stylish and a nice mix between traditional as well as modern elements. Comfy bed with a good matress, big fridge, modern appliances and super clean. Right in the middle of coffee shops, restaurants...one can walk everywhere. Its still quiet. The owner was literally the nicest one ever, helping us with so many things, doing our laundry and bringing us fresh fruit and breakfast items every day.

We enjoyed the genius loci of the place - the historical center of Gyeongju. The host was waiting for us as we indicated late arrival. Check-in was perfect as well as the whole stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast because of a wonderfull surprise of our host. She used to be a dancer and during the breakfast she showed us traditional Korean drums and presented different Korean rythms and dance steps. That was marvelous start up of the day - absolutely fitting to the historical place of Gyeongju.

The owners were so lovely and welcoming. The room was comfortable and cozy, the location was excellent . We walked to most places with our 1.5year old daughter in the pram. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the kind lady even gave some special snacks for our daughter. The room and bathroom look better than in the photos too. We would definitely stay again!
