Great price/quality ratio, and I had some nice conversation with the administrator.

The apertment was exceptional. New modern furniture, free toiletries and slippers, fully equiped kitchen with fridge, microwave. The location was in a walking distance to the Boxing Palace where the event for which we had arrived took place. The host was very polite and precise, allowing us both late arrival and very early departure

Great location from the station and for a bus to Karlag. Clean. It’s on the 5th floor and there is only lift access (couldn’t see any stairs anywhere). Some noise from neighbours. Bed was soft and could feel some springs so was improved by putting the duvet under. You can’t get into the property without the owners as there are key fobs for the door and lift. Therefore you need a definite arrival/departure time and a place to meet as the entrance is not obvious. Restaurants nearby.
