Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

At the guest house, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Riz, Amin, Fazi were the nicest people we have met. Every conversation with Riz was very funny, heartfelt, we could discuss so many topics, interacting with him was a pleasure every time. Not only are they avid Uno Players (😁), they are also amazing cooks and kind souls. We absolutely enjoyed every centimeter of the hotel, the room itself was clean, spacious, lovely bed to sleep in, bathroom had everything we needed. When asked, we were given extra toilet paper, towels, bedsheets, moscito repellents. We even asked to close a bathroom vent and it was immediately sealed. There are two chairs with a table outside as well as a drying rack. The room was very soundproof, the AC was amazing. The downstairs breakfast as well as chill out lounge area downstaris was amazing, comfortable, spacious, mosquito free and a spot where we loved to spend our free time. The breakfast was a dream, they have tea, coffee, juices etc. My friend preferred to eat eggs and there were many different options for her, I more so wanted something sweet and there were also a lot of options for me. The smoothie bowls were fantastic and the chocolate banana rotti were amazing!!The advice the advice that they gave us about surfing, beach, safari and organizing tuktuk drives as well as the drive to and from Arugam Bay was done with patience, kindness and true clarity. I truly believe that this was the best stay on our 1 month trip to Sri Lanka, not only are we never forget and forever cherish the memories we made here. We hope to come again because hanging out with Riz, Amin and Fazi was a true delight. Overall one of the best we've ever had and we wish everyone at Oasis Bay the absolute best because they are people that only deserve the absolute best that comes their way. Situated 300 metres from Arugam Bay Beach, Starfish Cabbana offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Host were so nice. Neat little location, nice air con, close to the beach.

Aqua Blue is right next to the beach, like 50 m away, and in a more quiet location. If you go to the main street, you can sometimes see the 'local' elephant in the marsh nearby. The place is clean, has AC and everything you need, even a hammock to chill in. Basheer is always there to help you with pretty much everything you need. The breakfast is very good and the cappuccino, one of the best in Sri Lanka. I totally recommend Aqua Blue!

Vinka was super helpful and kind throughout my stay — always available if I needed anything. Everything was perfect, and I felt totally at home. I’ll definitely come back one day. Highly recommended for surfers and nature lovers alike!
