It was very clean and the beds were private - it felt that you have your own space. I went to different hostels in Hiriketiya, but this one is the best.

Our stay at the lodge was wonderful! The location is absolutely beautiful and the décor is charming and welcoming. The area is so peaceful, it made for a perfectly relaxing getaway. The food was delicious, with amazing brunch options and coffee that was simply outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm and cozy retreat.

The accommodation was very clean, which we really valued. With a tuk-tuk, it was easy to get anywhere quickly. The internet was reliable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was drinking water available for everyone 24/7. We were very satisfied with our stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights off-season and we really happy that we booked this hotel. Because it’s one of the few places that we really enjoyed in Weligam in May. Stayed at this family-run guesthouse/hotel for one month. Zero issues. The room (with balcony overlooking a backyard) was spacious, clean and quiet. King size bed was comfortable and protected by a mosquito net. Really neat! Ample sized bathroom with hot/cold water. The fridge is in the common area downstairs. Room cleaning on demand. There's also a restaurant on premises that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owners and staff are super friendly and accomodating. Can arrange a reasonably priced taxi wherever you might need to go. Any other questions and concerns are eagerly answered and helped with pronto. Very laid-back atmosphere overall. Right outside of the hotel on the main road there are two fruit stands, a masage salon and a couple of good mom&pop grocery stores. Easy access (3-5 min) to the ocean and Coconut Tree Hill. Mirissa Beach is a 13 minute walk. Evening/night time the area is pretty quiet as all nightlife happens ~2 km down the main road. Definitely worth the money!
