This was our favourite place we have stayed in so far on our trip. The double bed and balcony room was so authentic and perfect. The room was brilliantly cleaned everyday. The communal area featured a fridge, microwave and free water as well as utensils to make breakfast and lunch. The location was perfect too, just a short walk to the restaurants and lagoon. The family that run the case were extremely helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay again!

A patio with an outdoor dining area and quiet street views is offered in every unit. At the guest house, units come with bed linen and towels. We were overwhelmed by the kindness of the owners. They welcomed us with a huge smile and gave us a lot of special attention throughout our stay that made our time there feel really special. From gifting us food to giving us a ride at 2am to the bus station, and giving us hammocks to rest in after check out, they were so generous to us. The place is also really cute and cosy, always very clean and comfortable. Love Casa Coral !

The guest house has a private beach area. Absolutely perfect little piece of paradise off the beaten path, on a crystal clear corner of the lagoon. It was like heaven. The best place to celebrate our anniversary and lounge by the water, surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature! The hosts are very sweet and kind, and even gave us rides to town a couple times which we appreciated. We will be back as soon as we can :))

During your time staying in this recently renovated guest house, dating back to 2020, you will have access to free WiFi. All rooms include a patio with inner courtyard views. Very nice owner family always tries their best for you :) They took in our refrigerator food and kept it cold. Safe place, hot water (turn the shower head), nice terrace with hanging chair. Located just around the Ado bus terminal and parallel to the main road. 15 min walk to the city center.

Set in Bacalar, Cabañas Alma Verde offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Featuring a private entrance, the guest house allows guests to maintain their privacy. We loved our stay in the cabaña. Although the rooms are simple, we had everything we needed. The aircon was great and much needed in the high temperatures. The fruit in the morning was amazing. We loved squeezing our own orange juice and chilling in the hammock. We loved our stay so much we extended. The staff were lovely and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Bacalar.

The aparthotel has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Our stay was excellent! From the breakfast to the hospitality from the entire family. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful/ They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We really enjoyed the open shared spaces. We met other travelers and had a great time exchanging stories.

Guests can grab a bite to eat in an outdoor dining area at the guest house. Staff were really kind, especially the german girl (Marlen? My name memory is really 0...) You can rent bike for a whole day. The athmosphere of the place is amazibg, if you need 100%hostel vibes, that place is for you. I met amaxing people there, kitchen is simple but enough for everything you need, they have hot shower and a gorgeous garden. And the lake is like 5-10 min by walk, it's really nothing.
