Set in Utrecht, Cozy room just outside Utrecht Center, calm & green is a recently renovated accommodation, 3.5 km from Conference Center Vredenburg and 3.7 km from TivoliVredenburg. Located in the Noordoost district, the property provides guests with access to a sauna. Museum Speelklok is 2 km from the guest house and Conference Center Domstad is 4.5 km away. Very hospitable, with coffee, tea and fruit in the room. The photos are very true to the accommodation and to the view. It's a very nice, safe feeling area, within 30 minutes relaxed walk to the centre of Utrecht, with nice cafés and restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. It's on loads of bus routes if you don't feel like walking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The owners were wonderful, they were very helpful. I loved that the Guesthouse has its own bikes, it was a pleasure riding them in Utrecht. The Guesthouse was very clean and tidy. The owners prepared a book with a lot of tips about restaurants, grocery shops etc. It was an amazing journey. The guesthouse was wonderful.

Schiphol Airport is 24 km from the property. Very special place , beutiful Old building with full of fantastic objects. We specially liked the breakfast area and the riverside. Our room was very specual and comfortable enough. I liked all the toiletry sets. Breakfast was superb.

The location was perfect, very close to the city centrum. My train was delayed and the personnel kindly waited. The only comment I have is that the bathroom was a shared one, but overall the staying was very good.
