Loved that we were literally only a few steps to the beach front and the cycle/walking path and only a few more to the wetland cycle/walkway in the other direction. A terrific location.

Auckland Airport is 12 km away. worth every penny we paid for the room and the accommodation has definitely exceeded our expectation. Next time we go to Auckland, this will be our first choice now. They have also provided everything we will need for our stay. We got enough towels, there are complimentary drinks, and enough shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

At the guest house, every unit has bed linen and towels. This was such a lovely stay. Bruce and Teresa were very welcoming and sent good instructions on how to get there. They were available if needed but not overbearing. The shop / cafe on site was beautiful with some amazing cakes on offer. The rooms and kitchen area were very clean with lovely decor. We honestly can’t fault our stay here at all and would be recommending to anyone visiting the forest around there.

This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The guest house features family rooms. I don't often write reveiws unless suitably impressed, The place was fantastic in every way. It was new, clean, beautifully decorated, the beds again were the most comfortable ever, with beautiful linen. The wifi and facilities were brilliant. This was a great place to explore Hastings and surrounding areas. A lovely home to come to after a day out. There is even a barbeque to use outside the doors, a lovely verandah to sit in the evenings and the huge doors open up on a hot evening. Very close to cafes and places to visit and not far from splash planet.
