Although we were in the ‘cheapest’ room it was comfortable for our night stay and very clean. Guest house is right on the beach with many restaurants to choose from, the metro just up the road and too about 20 minutes to get to Porto .

Santa Catarina FLH Suites features accommodation in Porto's historic centre, within the popular shopping street of Santa Catarina. The rooms and suites are at a traditional Porto building, which was fully refurbished and features modern comforts. We got in late in the evening but were warmly welcomed at Santa Catarina FLH Suites. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the little balcony was a total surprise. While we didn’t get to take advantage of the balcony (it was raining), it would have been a nice breakfast spot. Breakfast, chosen the night before, was brought right to our room at our requested time, and was very good. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was obvious that a lot of craftsmanship went into renovating the building. We had a very pleasant stay.
