The host was very kind and hospitable from the get-go, even before we got there she offered to wait for us with dinner. Once there, we loved the crispy cleanliness of the bed sheets and towels, the warm carpet, the nice accents in the room, everything nicely put together. The view was beautiful and the general atmosphere was generally calm and relaxing.

Pensiunea Deceneu offers beautifully designed accommodations, with nice clean rooms, and a very pleasant fenced-in yard. The food was very tasty, prepared on site from fresh locally sourced ingredients, and we were impressed by the owners, who were very friendly and helpful with every request we had. The location is very close to everything we wanted to visit in Slanic. The closed-in private yard is perfect having an outdoor picnic, or just relaxing. Safe parking is also available.

We arrived the night before, then in the morning it was only a 10 minute walk to the salt mines ticket office. Room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a fridge. Lovely big kitchen with all utensils and items. Kind host. Free parking outside.
