Prime location in the center of Piran just a few steps away from the bus station. Very easy and friendly check-in with the hosts. Communication via WhatsApp is possible ahead to arrange the check-in and messages will be answered very fast. Rooms have a very nice design and are well equipped. The air conditioning was very new and worked great in the summer heat. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are just around the corner. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The host was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for the area. The location was perfect for exploring Piran, and it was easy to park our car and walk to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, absolutely no complaints!

We had a great stay, and have zero complaints, from initial communication, to finding the place, check-in procedure, settling in. It's a beautiful place, exceptionally clean, so comfortable, staff attentive to a fault. I hope everyone would have that experience in DeGrassi, definitely recommended place.

Igor was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Communication with him was easy and smooth. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the restaurant next to the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. There was plenty of storage space, and the room was comfortably spacious. The location was excellent — very close to the main square shuttle stop for the parking garage.

Perfectly located almost at the main square, it was close to everything yet quiet enough for peaceful nights. There’s plenty to do nearby, and the area is great for leisurely walks. The staff was notably super friendly and helpful, assisting us with parking outside the city. What really impressed us were the sustainable features of the hotel. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Piran!
