This is perfect to stay if you want a calm and peaceful place, amazing people and really good breakfast. The room is as comfortable as it gets, the bed is huge and I sensed a really good energy. I was on a no AC, just fan room, with no problems it doesn't get warm at all. I wish I could live there forever. They offer coffee and tea for free all day. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need.

At the accommodation every room includes a desk and a flat-screen TV. I stayed for one month. Bow, the lady in reception, is one of the kindest (and funniest) people you'll meet, and she made my stay so good. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, and rooms are cleaned daily. Bottles of drinking water are delivered to the room every day. There are loads of great coffee stands and streetfood on the same road. It's peaceful even though very near the city (5 mins on foot into the old city). Very safe area. There's a microwave and kettle in the reception area to heat food. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was good too. Bow is always on hand to help or offer a Thai snack! The hotel offers a very soft landing to foreigners arriving in Thailand and Chiang Mai if you've never been before.

Good breakfast, different each day; two mornings they prepared it early for us so we could have it before going on tour. The beds are very comfortable, hot water in the shower. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean.

Great location , in the heart of everywhere , but somehow off a beaten track. , hotel owners couldn’t do more for you, they organised scooters, booked the excursions with a discount, even transported us back to the airport personally. Highly recommend such wonderful people and place to stay, will definitely stay again upon our return

She can help you book all your activities. Room was a really nice size and so clean. The location is a nice quiet street but so close to everything.

My daughter loved to play with all the many pillows in the room and observe Thai kindergarten across the street. Stayed in 5 different places in Chiangmai but had the best sleep here !
