Guesthouse is located in a bit of distance from the center of action, but nice walkable distance. We enjoyed walking and discovering the city.

I hope they get paid well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The area isn’t very walkalble, but it’s kind of like this in most part of CM.

They are very clean, cosy, rustic and stylish, with enough privacy, fast WiFi, daily refill of water/coffee/cocoa, daily cleaning and fresh towels (if wanted), and basically everything you need – including fantastic breakfast and dinner. Namton and his family are lovely hosts, very kind and attentive, and he ist an amazing chef as well – I stayed for a week and tried everything from the menu, Thai classics as well as local/northern specialties, and it all was delicious, creative and beautifully arranged. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back if I visit Northern Thailand again.

The house is super cute with its garden, the rooms really comfortable, clean and have everything you need. If you're looking for a comfy guest house with a nice vibe, plants and quiet - this is the place to be!
