It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Situé à Tân Hiệp, l’établissement The Coral Homestay & Pub comprend une plage privée, une terrasse, un restaurant et un bar. Construit en 2024, il est installé à 2,9 km de : Île de Cham. After a week here, i decided to extend my stay and regret not having more days left. This has been the best place i ve stayed im my whole trip. The location is great, at the end of the town with a small sand beach in the door. The house is brand new, and the views from the rooms are amazing. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff and the owner deserve 20points on their service, they have done all to make me feel at home.

Je conseille cet hôtel, bien placé, près du centre ville. Très bon accueil, ambiance familiale. Très a l'écoute et disponible. Petit déjeuner au choix.

They went above and beyond when I got injured. After a stay in a boutique hotel, I wanted to try a homestay and randomly picked this place for three nights. After one night, I felt comfortable and booked another week. Everything was as explained, simple, nice and very cozy. My room had a great breeze, a balcony and the water in the shower, excellent. Enjoyed my morning coffee at the coffee place and sitting by the pool to work was superb. One evening I went for my run and fell, pretty badly. The family and Tau, took good care of me, got me what i needed, and without them, I would have been stuck alone. They are lovely people, the place is great, and if I could stay, I would do it there. As for the location, loved the market, and with a moto or bicycle, it's a few mins to old town or the beach.

Il y a une jolie piscine, idéale pour se détendre. Le personnel est adorable et enthousiaste, et les habitants de Hoi An sont charmants. Je suis très satisfait du service et de la chambre, elle vaut largement mon prix !
