The location and the view from the room were amazing. We saw an amazing sunrise while still in our bed and also a great for seeing the brilliant night sky (we were lucky with the weather on one day). Gillian was an amazing host and the morning breakfast prepared by her was so great! She also gave us great recommendations about things to do in and around town.

Set on the hillside slope overlooking False Bay, The Grosvenor Guest House & Self Catering provides 4-star accommodation with views of the South African Naval Base. I spent 4 days at the property and it is absolutely lovely!! 10 of 10!! Zu is an amazing host and I can wait to be back there, definitely the best choice!!!!

The 4-star, family-run Simonstown Guest House overlooks False Bay and offers scenic water views from its modern rooms. Free parking and Wi-Fi throughout the property are available. We stated between 3 and 4 p.m. to check in, but were already in Simons Town at 11 a.m. The friendly man called 'Wonderful' gave us a warm welcome and said early check-in wouldn't be a problem at all. He helped us carry our luggage up and showed us to our room. We were speechless. Perfectly and tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, equipped with everything your heart could desire and with an incredible view of the ocean, we were just overjoyed. Finding accommodation like this is like winning the lottery. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired. Fresh fruit salad, muesli, yoghurt, yes, you could even order a warm breakfast from Nikkita. Eggs in different variations, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes were available to choose from. Simons Town Guesthouse goes the extra mile to provide guests with a unique experience. Everything was just perfect thanks to the tireless efforts of Nikkita and Wonderful. Thank you both very much.
