the staff is brilliant and so friendly. our pick-up taxi driver arrived earlier with the wrong schedule and the staff at the reception counter helped us to check the schedule which is being very helpful

This hotel is the most convenient place to stay in Vienna! The City Airport Train stops right in-front of the hotel and takes 16 minutes non-stop to the airport. The breakfast is extraordinary with loads of verities. The receptionist was very helpful and provided all information i needed. I would definitely stay here anytime am back at Vienna!
