Everything was incredible since I arrived the staff was very supportive and helpful with me , the room was very clean and clean , and the people were very friendly and helpful all the time. Perfect location for sightseeing by foot, London's history (and theatreland) is all around. Great buffet breakfast, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. One small problem with our room was dealt with quickly and very well.
